Tania Ocampo-Garcia

Tania has crafted participatory video (PV) workshops and learning materials for InsightShare since 2021. Her journey into participatory methods began at the University of Sheffield, where she cultivated a profound passion for PV as a tool for fostering locally-led change, merging her academic pursuits with practical applications.

Being particularly interested in environmental and social justice, Tania has actively engaged with grassroots movements across the UK. In 2024, she was recognised by The Bloom as a leading voice in the social impact sector due to her work in Climate. She’s currently a PhD candidate at the LSE exploring the socio-environmental impact of accelerated urbanisation in Mexico.
