Rebecca's background is in working with farmer co-operatives in Latin America and Africa to promote economic and social development through trade, with a particular focus on gender justice and participatory methodologies. She first worked with PV in 2011-12, on a research and advocacy project for young people in cocoa-growing communities in Ghana, supported by Cadbury’s Cocoa Partnership, and more recently on a PV for M&E process in Moldova, looking at how change happens in women’s economic development as part of global evaluation for UN Women. She has a BA in Spanish and French from Cambridge University and a BTEC Diploma in Art and Design, specialising in video and photography.
